Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if a wrong product is delivered by SparesGen.
Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Verification Process
Customers must provide clear images of the received spare part and the existing vehicle part for verification.
Our team will review the request before approving the return.
Product Condition
The item must be unused, not installed, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Delivery Charges
Delivery or shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Wrong product ordered by the customer
Product already installed or used
Damage caused during installation
Return request raised after 3 days of delivery
Refund / Replacement
Once the returned product is received and verified, SparesGen will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
